Your life is full of information.
The things you've experienced. The things you've survived. What comes naturally to you. What keeps getting your attention. The things you want, the things you've outgrown, and even the things that keep repeating.
Collect is about slowing down long enough to notice what's there.
Connect is where you begin to see the patterns. What does all of this tell you about who you are, what matters to you, what you've learned and what may no longer fit.
Create is what you do with what you discover. You begin making more intentional choices about what you want to change, build, explore or experience next.
This work isn't about becoming somebody else.
It's about paying attention to who you already are, recognizing what your life has been showing you, and deciding what you want to do with it.
For years, I thought of those as separate parts of my life. But when I started looking at my life differently, I could see the connections,
The things I've loved. The things I've tried. The things I've walked away from. The things I keep coming back to. Even the parts that seemed completely unrelated were telling me something about who I am.
My life had been leaving clues too.
That's part of what shaped the work I do today.
I don't believe transformation always starts with knowing exactly where you're going. Sometimes it starts by paying attention to what's already there.
My work is about helping people do that.
